Tubbs has another surgery on right knee, to miss minicamp

Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Marcus Tubbs, a former No. 1 draft choice, recently underwent arthroscopic surgery to clean up his chronically-injured right knee. The procedure is expected to keep him out of this weekend's minicamp, but it does give the team some hope he may be ready by the regular season.
