Tuesday, April 29, 2008 BOSTON -- Sylvia Crawley has been named head women's basketball coach at Boston College. Athletics director Gene DeFilippo said Tuesday that Crawley, who had been head coach at Ohio University since 2006, has signed a five-year contract with the Eagles. Crawley led the Bobcats to a 20-13 record this season, their first 20-win season since 1994-95. Her team also advanced to the Mid-American Conference championship for the first time since 1986.
