Special to ESPN.com Monday, April 21, 2008 NEW YORK -- Two rounds and 63 picks are in the books after Day 1 of the NFL draft. Some picks were predictable, safe and easy decisions. But what were some of the more notable moves -- both good and bad -- in the first two rounds? Three good decisions 1. Great value for the Chiefs Kansas City had several needs to address, and having DT Glenn Dorsey fall to them at No. 5 was a great start to the first round.
