Players can live up to the hype, but sometimes it doesn't happen quite when it is expected. Before the season started, if you had asked fantasy players which tandem of prospect pitchers they would rather have -- Phil Hughes and Homer Bailey or Johnny Cueto and Nick Blackburn -- the response would have been unanimous.
