It's bait-and-switch Friday, as several changes have been made to these notes since they were first posted Thursday afternoon. Rainouts and pitching changes are the order of the day, with Carlos Zambrano, Livan Hernandez and Jose Contreras now scheduled to pitch in lieu of Rich Hill (who himself was subbing in for Jason Marquis), Boof Bonser and Gavin Floyd.
