Quick hitters on Tuesday: • San Diego coach Bill Grier could pull a Stan Heath-like move after one successful year -- highlighted by an NCAA tournament appearance -- at a lower-profile school. If you recall, Heath coached Kent State to the Elite Eight in his only season at the MAC school and then went to Arkansas. Heath has since been fired and landed at South Florida.
