(AP) -- Jorge De La Rosa failed to take advantage of an opportunity to win a spot in Kansas City's rotation as he gave up four runs in four innings, but the Royals rallied for a 10-9 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers. De La Rosa, a 26-year-old left-hander, made 23 starts last season, but is in stiff competition in spring training for the final two slots.
