Terry Francona prefers to wear a pullover to a traditional jersey because of a circulatory condition that almost killed him, and yet according to this Rob Bradford piece, he has not been given permission to wear a pullover by Major League Baseball's uniform police. This situation is approaching absurd and threatening to move into the territory of embarrassing.
