Special to ESPN.com Tuesday, March 18, 2008 If anyone thought that maybe the "thrill of victory" had faded for Tiger Woods, his post-birdie putt celebration at Bay Hill's 18th hole on Sunday put that theory to rest. Tiger was so amped, he threw his hat, executed the rare double-horizontal fist pump and seemed not at all shy about baring his receding hairline to the world.
