LEESBURG, Fla. — If you could use some inspiration for overcoming adversity, you need only look at the top of the leaderboard after Day One of the Bassmaster Elite Series Sunshine Showdown presented by Advance Auto Parts. At 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Bill Lowen had only one 13-inch bass in his livewell.
