ESPN.com Tuesday, March 4, 2008 Much of the annual Selection Sunday debate is about major conference versus their mid-major counterparts. Although that makes for high-buzz chatter, the bid allocation each year is roughly the same -- the six biggest conferences grab 27 or so of the 34 at-larges.
