Special to Page 2 Monday, March 3, 2008 W.C. Heinz died last week. It barely made a ripple, a couple of obits here and there, but no big tributes, no moments of silence or flags lowered to half mast. There are three groups of people: those who knew Heinz's death was coming, those who were surprised that he was still with us and the other 99.44 percent who have never heard of him. W.C.
