Combie tosses 7 TDs as Avengers rally to vanquish Voodoo

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Sonny Combie completed 23 of 38 passes for 268 yards and seven touchdowns and the Los Angeles Avengers rallied to beat the New Orleans VooDoo 59-42 on Friday night in the first game of the Arena Football League season. Timon Marshall caught nine passes for 116 yards and three scores. Kevin Ingram had eight catches for 79 yards and a touchdown for the Avengers, who won their first playoff game in 2007.
