Wednesday, February 27, 2008 On this day in 1951, the 22nd Amendment was ratified, limiting US Presidents to only two terms. Whew . Tonight, a few college squads are in the same boat as John McCain: looking to recover from a disastrous time, and plot a new forward course. Duke, still ranked No. 6, hosts Georgia Tech (9pm, ESPN). The last time they won an ACC game was February 13th; Castro was still President of Cuba then (zing!). Anytime Duke plays and they're seemingly in a free fall is a good time to bring this out. ...
