Wednesday, February 20, 2008 CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) -- Brent Benson sank the game-winning jumper with 1.4 seconds left to give Texas State a 71-69 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Wednesday night. Benson's final basket redeemed a 1-for-6 shooting night off the bench and made sure Brandon Thomas' 18 points and 15 rebounds didn't go to waste for the Bobcats (12-13, 5-7 Southland).
