Monday, February 18, 2008 NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Omar Carter had 24 points and 11 rebounds in Charleston Southern's second straight upset win, 87-82 over Liberty on Monday. Chris Moore added 22 points and Jamarco Warren scored 21 for the Buccaneers (9-17, 3-8 Big South), who beat High Point on Saturday to snap a seven-game losing streak.
