The free-agent market opens Feb. 29. Scouts Inc. will give an overview of the upcoming class position by position, moving on to running backs and fullbacks. Running backs This season's unrestricted and restricted free-agent RBs class is similar to classes of recent seasons. Like big-name quarterbacks, elite running backs never hit the open market, but there are always a few up-and-comers available.
