Free-agent QB list is bleak once again in 2008

The free-agent market opens Feb. 29. Scouts Inc. will give an overview of the upcoming class position by position, starting with quarterbacks. As it is with most free-agency classes, quarterback is relatively thin this year. If you have a quality starter in the NFL, you never let him get to the free-agent market, and this season is no different.
