Wednesday, February 13, 2008 Two springs ago, fantasy owners everywhere were tantalized by a potential front-line starting pitcher in a major market, a strikeout right-hander who was sure to be a fantasy monster. We're talking 200 strikeouts, 20 wins, Cy Youngs, he was supposedly going to be that good. So far, in three seasons, Jonathan Papelbon has made three starts. That's it.
