HAMDEN, Conn. (AP) -- Joe Seymore scored his game-high 19 points in the second half to lead Central Connecticut to an 85-71 win over instate conference rival Quinnipiac on Thursday. Seymore was one of four players in double figures for the Blue Devils (11-12, 7-5 Northeast Conference), who have won the last eight meetings in the series.
