Wednesday, February 6, 2008 EL PASO, Texas (AP) -- Claude Britten hit a layup with three seconds left Wednesday night to give Texas-El Paso a 66-64 victory over Tulane. Tulane had tied the game at 64-64 with 1:55 left on a jumper by Matt Wheaton. Neither team could get a shot to fall until Britten pulled down an offensive rebound and hit the game winner. Kevin Sims missed a 3-pointer as time expired. Stefon Jackson led UTEP (14-7, 5-3 Conference USA) with 18 points. Randy Culpepper added 13, and Marvin Kilgore and Britte ...
