EL PASO, Texas (AP) -- Claude Britten hit a layup with three seconds left Wednesday night to give Texas-El Paso a 66-64 victory over Tulane. Tulane had tied the game at 64-64 with 1:55 left on a jumper by Matt Wheaton. Neither team could get a shot to fall until Britten pulled down an offensive rebound and hit the game winner.
