It's time to talk Conference USA football again. Feb. 6 is national signing day, which means the future of your team's program is now. Wide receiver DeAndre Brown is quite probably the most physically imposing target in this recruiting class and is expected to sign with Southern Miss. Brown was ranked 23rd in the ESPN 150. What will the new recruits mean to East Carolina, Houston, Marshall, Memphis, Rice, Southern Methodist, Southern Miss, Tulane, Tulsa, UAB, UCF and UTEP?
