It's time to talk ACC football again. Feb. 6 is national signing day, which means the future of your team's program is now. Miami has lost a few but still has pledges from four of the top seven outside linebackers, including No. 1 outside linebacker Arthur Brown (Wichita, Kan./East) and No. 2 outside linebacker Sean Spence (Miami/Northwestern). It gives the Canes the No. 2 recruiting class in the division. The top prospect in the ACC is also No. 1 in the ESPN 150: DaQuan Bowers of Bamberg, S.C. This atypical defensive end prospect has a verbal agreement to go to Clemson, which so far has the fourth-best recuriting class this year. What will the new recruits mean to Boston College, Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Miami (FL), North Carolina, North Carolina State, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest?
