ESPN.com Tuesday, January 29, 2008 Self-help books, some youth hockey coaches, micromanaging by micro-brained managers, Tony Robbins, Red Bull and the first 1:07 seconds of "Vicarious" by Tool. All have contributed to an amped-up society that takes almost every waning second of life rather seriously. There are others, but these are the first six examples that hit my brain.
