Saturday, January 26, 2008 MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) -- Nate Minnoy had 21 points and six rebounds for Central Michigan in a 65-64 victory over Akron on Saturday. The Zips (14-5, 4-2 Mid-American Conference East) had the ball with 17.7 seconds to play, but Akron was never able to get a shot off as the Chippewas' Giordan Watson tipped the ball away from Nick Dials.
