The USC-UCLA rivalry just got a lot more interesting. The Bruins' hiring of former Trojan offensive coordinator Norm Chow is huge for so many reasons. For starters, Chow will make a dramatic difference in the Bruins offense, which was awful in 2007, ranking 99th in total offense. The guy worked magic when he was at Southern California, transforming Carson Palmer from shaky to superstar. He also groomed Matt Leinart into a Heisman winner.
