Norm Chow has been hired by UCLA as offensive coordinator, sources close to Chow told ESPN's Chris Mortensen. An announcement is expected Monday. Chow was fired as the Tennessee Titans' offensive coordinator last Tuesday after a season of struggling to score points and reaching the playoffs for the first time since 2003.
