HOUSTON -- Monday was the first full day of football-related activities for the players participating in the 83rd Annual East-West Shrine Game. It began with the player weigh-ins, which were open only to NFL personnel, followed by practice sessions for both teams at the outdoor facility adjacent to Reliant Stadium.
