Question: Who are the top five underclassmen who have declared for the draft? Kiper: 1. Darren McFadden, RB, Arkansas: He's not the violent runner that Adrian Peterson is, but he has a ton of skill. He needs to take better care of the ball, but he should be one of the first two picks in the draft. 2.
