Roger Clemens eventually will be the baseball headliner in Washington, assuming he will testify before Congress on Feb. 13. But commissioner Bud Selig, union head Don Fehr and former Sen. George Mitchell will be the first to face questions from congressmen, on Tuesday. Here's what could -- or should -- be asked. For Selig: 1.
