Saturday, January 5, 2008 LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) -- Anthony Smith had 21 points and Alex McLean had 18 points and 13 rebounds as Liberty beat Nyack 74-57 Saturday. Kyle Ohman added 11 points and TeeJay Bannister had 10 assists for the Flames (7-7), who shot better than 53 percent compared to nearly 37 percent shooting for Nyack. Nyack (4-8) jumped ahead by 3 in the first half, but Smith's 3-pointer with 15:41 gave the Flames the lead for good.
