Fantasy football history is littered with these types of games. In Week 17 last year, Hank Baskett caught seven passes for 177 yards and a touchdown for the Eagles. In Week 16 of 2005, Rams quarterback Jaime Martin threw for 354 yards and a touchdown, and Troy Walters had 91 yards and a touchdown for the Colts.
