The Memphis Grizzlies are not a good team. They are 8-18, and some of that can be contributed to injuries to their best player, Pau Gasol, but being 8-18 is never a good thing. However, the Grizzlies happen to have a player who has been making the leap from good to great over the past couple of weeks, and it's time we all noticed.
