Morning Skate: Some good news for Isles

It has been a tough few weeks for the New York Islanders. On Wednesday morning, the club received the news concerning Chris Simon. The league slapped a record 30-game ban on the wayward forward for "stomping" the foot of Penguins forward Jarkko Ruutu in third period of last Saturday's game at the Nassau Coliseum.
