BCS bowl games could produce some high scores

We pick up part two of the bowl picks with the games being played in January. Here are the guesses, starting with the games on New Year's Day: Outback Bowl, Jan. 1 Wisconsin 20, Tennessee 13: The Vols have been very inconsistent this year and are in flux on their coaching staff. I was tempted to pick UT, but I'll go with the Badgers, who should have better focus. AT&T Cotton Bowl, Jan. 1 Missouri 38, Arkansas 24: Two Heisman candidates dueling with Darren McFadden taking on QB Chase Daniel. ...
