e surf. Not to take anything away from the first event of the season, but it's so much more juicy when there's some juice. The wind was certainly an issue early, but there was just so much of that south swell in the water. Now, it's 17-foot at 15 seconds. Sweet Lisa! Looks like the big lines are predicted to continue rolling out of Antarctica for the rest of the weekend, then drop off, before making a steady comeback next week.
