Wild winter weather and a few upsets made for turbulent times as the NFL playoff picture continued to shake out in Week 15. Seattle's disappearing act in Carolina delivered first-round playoff byes to NFC leaders Dallas and Green Bay, while giving Tampa Bay an outside shot at the third seed in the conference playoffs.
