ATLANTA -- Late Saturday afternoon, Chick-fil-A Bowl president Gary Stokan sat in a lounge in the Jacksonville Airport, watching the end of the ACC championship game. Stokan had just left Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, where he watched No. 6 Virginia Tech battle No. 11 Boston College to a 16-16 tie at the half.
