Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams has been reinstated by the NFL. He can begin practicing and attending team meetings immediately but will not be eligible to play in a game until Miami travels to Pittsburgh for a Monday night game on November 26. With the Dolphins short on running backs, how will they use Ricky? Can he become the starter again or will the Dolphins keep him inactive for the season and then attempt to trade him in the offseason?
