CANCUN, Mexico (AP) -- Brittany Lindsey scored 16 points and Tulane came back from a 15-point deficit in the first half to beat Kansas State 60-57 in the second game of the Caribbean Challenge on Wednesday. Megan Valicevic added 11 points for the Green Wave (4-1), who will play Northern Illinois on Thursday. The Huskies lost 67-40 to Michigan State earlier Wednesday.
