ESPN.com Wednesday, November 21, 2007 Fourth-year veteran right guard Anthony Herrera, a key to the Minnesota Vikings' dominant running game and to the success of rookie tailback Adrian Peterson, has signed a five-year contract extension that will keep him off the free-agent market next spring. The extension, first reported by the Minneapolis Star-Tribune and subsequently confirmed through league salary update documents, has a base value of $13.75 million and a maximum worth of about $15 million.
