ESPN.com Friday, November 16, 2007 Having made it through the week of practice with no further physical setbacks, Vinny Testaverde was named Friday afternoon by Carolina Panthers coach John Fox to start in Sunday's game at Green Bay. Fox opted for Testaverde over David Carr, who also got in a full week of practice. Both quarterbacks have suffered through injuries, with Testaverde battling a case of Achilles tendonitis and Carr slowed by a bad back.
