BCS might not be decided until last day of regular season

Get ready for a fight to the finish. Ohio State's loss to Illinois on Saturday assured that there won't be a berth in the BCS National Championship Game clinched on Nov. 17. And looking at the schedules of the new top five teams in the standings, it's almost certain that much of the BCS puzzle will remain scrambled until the final day of the regular season ... maybe even until the day after. LSU was the weekend's big winner, and it had little to do with the Tigers' bulldozing of overmatche ...
