ESPN.com Thursday, November 1, 2007 You know, when it comes to cooking, I've never been one for preheating. Sure, every recipe suggests "preheat oven to 400 degrees" or the like, but I'm the impatient type. I'll turn on the oven, pop that food right in and tack on an extra minute or two on the timer, figuring it'll all even out in the end. After all, who likes waiting?
