Page 2 Tuesday, October 23, 2007 SAN DIEGO -- The smoky air quality in and around Qualcomm Stadium here forced the Chargers to seek refuge in Tempe, Ariz. for their practices this week. Qualcomm, which also houses the San Diego State Aztecs, is serving as a shelter for about 15,000 evacuees in San Diego County.
