I got back on the winning track last week by going 8-7 against the line. The good -- picking Penn State to cruise past Wisconsin; the bad -- picking LSU to hammer Kentucky; the ugly -- expecting Nebraska to pound Oklahoma State. This week's hunches: Thursday, Oct. 18 USF 24, Rutgers 20: The Scarlet Knights are hobbled on D, but they should be fired up for the Thursday night setting, expecting another Louisville scene.
