Weis makes QB change, but it's likely too late

The choice was clear for Charlie Weis, but should he have made the move in late August, not mid-October? Weis placed Notre Dame's future on hold Tuesday and opted to play for the present when he announced junior Evan Sharpley as the starting quarterback for the USC game.
