Wednesday, October 17, 2007 The first half of the 2007 college football season is in the books, which means draft-eligible underclassmen have had enough time to showcase their skills to NFL scouts. Those deserving are now being included in our weekly ranking of the Scouts Inc. Top 32 prospects for 2008.
