Saturday, October 13, 2007 SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) -- Ray Rice ran for 196 yards and three touchdowns and Rutgers ended a two-game losing streak with a 38-14 victory over Syracuse on Saturday. Rice scored on TD runs of 7, 1 and 2 yards for the Scarlet Knights (4-2, 1-1 Big East), who dropped out of the Top 25 after last week's loss to Cincinnati.
