Friday, October 12, 2007 WASHINGTON -- Washington Nationals pitcher Shawn Hill had surgery on his non-throwing shoulder, completing the pair of procedures needed for him to return as the potential ace of the staff next season. The right-hander had a partially-torn labrum in his left shoulder repaired Thursday by Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Ala.
